4 cups of water
1 cup fresh broccoli, coarsely chopped
2 heads bok choy (Chinese cabbage)
1 cup white mushrooms, coarsely chopped
5 bird's eye chili, finely chopped
1/2 cups sweet corns
1/2 shallots, coarsely chopped
2 tbsp of anchovies
2 tbsp of dried shrimps
1 chicken cube
1 tbsp of black pepper
Directions
1. Place everything in a large stock pot, except the rolled oats and bring to a boil.
2. Once boiled, reduce the heat and put in the rolled oats. Cook for 5 minutes. Ready to served.
Salt to taste. I didn't used salt since the dried shrimps already salty.
