Savory Vegetables Oat Porridge

4 cups of water
1 cup fresh broccoli, coarsely chopped
2 heads bok choy (Chinese cabbage)
1 cup white mushrooms, coarsely chopped
5 bird's eye chili, finely chopped
1/2 cups sweet corns
1/2 shallots, coarsely chopped
2 tbsp of anchovies
2 tbsp of dried shrimps
1 chicken cube
1 tbsp of black pepper
Directions
1. Place everything in a large stock pot, except the rolled oats and bring to a boil.
2. Once boiled, reduce the heat and put in the rolled oats. Cook for 5 minutes. Ready to served.
Salt to taste. I didn't used salt since the dried shrimps already salty.

Rojak Passembor atau dikenali sebagai rojak di bahagian sentral Malaysia ialah medium ukhwah rakyat berbilang bangsa. Situasi penjual India Muslim bersama pelanggan Melayu dan Cina sering kali dilihat di gerai rojak.
Berbeza di negeri utara Malaysia, merek memanggil makanan ini sebagai passembor. Cucur udang, bihun, daging digaul dan dimakan bersama kuah kacang.
Harga bagi sepinggan rojak ialah RM3 hingga RM5 bergantung kepada pesanan; biasa, sotong atau mee.
